This is because we invest our time and expertise from the moment we begin working with you.

While refunds are typically not available after service initiation, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
Non-Delivery: If you have paid for a service and have not received it within a reasonable timeframe (as specified in our service agreement or communication), please contact us. We will investigate the issue and provide the service or issue a refund if it is determined to be our fault.
Service Dissatisfaction (Limited): If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of a service and have exhausted all reasonable attempts to resolve the issue with our team, you may submit a refund request. This will be reviewed carefully, and any refund granted will be at the discretion of Luvisia Digital. Partial refunds may be offered in certain situations.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or utilizing a service, and we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be considered.
